> Spurgeon Senior Community (Spurgeon Manor) is a nonprofit, faith-based Continuum of Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Dallas Center, Iowa, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care (assisted living and nursing), skilled nursing & rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care on a single campus along the Raccoon River Valley Recreation Trail. Operating since 1971, Spurgeon holds the National Quality Award (Silver — Achievement in Quality) from the American Health Care Association and is Medicare/Medicaid certified.
